Start with the connection geometry

For brass bushings, adapters and connection parts, we assess internal and external diameters, threads, transitions and wrench flats together. Our focus is manufacturing the custom part defined in your drawing rather than selling standard products. Catalogue images do not imply stock availability or conformity to a standard product specification.

Specify the alloy and thread requirements

State the brass alloy grade, applicable material standard and any special operating requirements in the technical documentation. Identify the thread standard, size and class. Machining a part alone does not verify its pressure or sealing performance; test requirements are agreed separately.

From samples to production orders

Provide sample and production batch quantities separately. Include surface finish, burr removal, cleanliness and packaging requirements. The production method, inspection scope and delivery plan are agreed after reviewing the drawing and material specification.
