MANUFACTURING CABLES
Contract CNC turning and precision turned parts
Planning of shafts, horoscopes and fittings according to size, surface and material requirements.
Production plan by part.
The external appearance of a turned part is not a complete manufacturing specification. Internal diameters, threads, grooves, datum surfaces and tolerances can change the machining sequence. Clearly identifying functionally critical features on the drawing makes quotation and production reviews more precise.
Numerical capacity and delivery conditions are clarified at the bidding stage in accordance with the installed machine hardware and technical requirements of the part.

| Title | Evaluation |
|---|---|
| Geometry | Cylindrical surfaces, echelons, ducts, holes and threaded connections. |
| Technical requirements | Diameter, height, tolerance, references, pakhs and surface roughness. |
| Material description | Quality code and delivery/heat processing status if available. |
| Production quantity | It is assessed in conjunction with preparation and repetitive production needs. |
| Control | Measurement method appropriate to the type of measurement and determination of acceptance criteria. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to get a definitive offer with only the photo?
Photo is helpful for pre-interview. For precise technical evaluation, measured image, material and quantity information is required.
Will the STEP model replace the technical drawing?
The STEP model can carry geometry and PMI information if properly prepared. The production-based tolerance should be clear in which document the surface and acceptance requirements are defined; check that the model and technical drawing belong to the same revision.
