Site and communications

This site introduces FactorAB production services. You can forward your questions about privacy to info@factorab.com.

Contact form and files

The form lets you share company and contact information, your email address, part name, quantity and technical requirements. When you select Send, the form and selected files are transferred over a secure connection to the server and sent to the configured company email account. Files are not published on the website; temporary upload copies are removed at the end of the request. Information and attachments may remain in the receiving mailbox while your enquiry is assessed. We use the information and documents you send to evaluate your enquiry and contact you. Do not send unnecessary personal data or documents you are not authorised to share.

Browser and hosting

During access to the site, the hosting service may process technical data such as IP address and request information. The site is offered in the Natro hosting infrastructure. If you allow it from the preference panel, Google Analytics is loaded to measure site usage; when not allowed, it will not be installed. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled in the current configuration. Details are explained in the cookie policy.

Information stored in the browser

Your cookie and analytics preferences are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. A part selected for a quotation may be stored in session storage and removed when it is transferred to the contact form. An essential session cookie secures the form and helps prevent duplicate submissions. Temporary rate-limit records derived from hashed IP and email addresses, together with request reference numbers, are processed for security. See the cookie policy for details.

Your Requests

You can send your requests for information about the personal information you share to info@factorab.com. Additional information regarding the verification of your identity and the scope of the request may be requested. The storage and deletion of the correspondence sent is evaluated by considering the purpose of the request and applicable obligations.
