Specify the material grade clearly
We review contract manufacturing enquiries for stainless steel shafts, bushings, pins, adapters and connection parts. Alongside grades such as 304 or 316L, specify the material standard and supply condition. Different stainless steel grades cannot automatically be substituted for one another.
Review geometry and surface requirements together
Bores, grooves, threads and thin walls influence the operation plan. Specify the required roughness parameter and acceptance limit on critical surfaces in the drawing. Visual brightness does not replace a measured surface roughness result.
Prepare your manufacturing enquiry
Send the current PDF drawing, STEP model if available, material specification and quantities. State material certificate, inspection report or finishing requirements at the outset. Equipment and tooling are selected according to the part geometry and tolerances.
