Three basic steps.
From the evaluation of the first part to the shipping records, we determine the scope of control along with technical drawing and customer requirements.
01First Sample Confirmation
First part control FAI coverage according to project
In projects requiring initial sample approval, we check the measurements of the first part in technical drawing before mass production and share the results with the measurement report. The transition to serial manufacturing is carried out according to the agreed customer approval process.

02100% Dimensional Control
For identified critical characteristics
We plan the control of each part at the required critical measures. The results are evaluated according to the defined acceptance criteria by selecting the device and method suitable for the geometry to be measured. 100% control refers to the control of the agreed characteristics on all parts.
- Critical measurement and identification of geometric requirements
- Confirmation with CMM and appropriate dimensional measurement equipment

03Shipment and Traceability Report

The measurement reports requested as part of the project and certificates of the supplied material are associated with the relevant production party. The scope of traceability is clarified at the bidding stage by the digital or printed delivery format of the documents.
- Part code, technical drawing revision and matching party information
- Preparation of requested material certification and measurement records
- Shipping labels and reports refer to the same party

The desired report format, measures to be checked, sampling or one hundred percent control expectation and customer acceptance criteria affect the same production plan. The requested documents and acceptance method are clearly agreed upon at the bidding stage.

Does each piece need to be measured CMM?
The measurement method is determined by the type of feature and the acceptance criterion. The use of the same device for each measurement may not be appropriate.
Can I request a material certificate?
State your certification and traceability expectation at the bidding stage; the terms of supply and delivery are assessed with this requirement.
